Services

The support you need, built around your work.

Whether you’re choosing where to start, improving an existing process, or helping a team adopt AI, we can work from the question or challenge in front of you.

How I work

Three ways to work together.

Together, we set AI up to take the repeat work off your plate and automate the workflows that fill your week. You and your team learn to run those workflows yourselves, with your own review at every step that matters. The hours you get back go to building your business and to the work you’re passionate about.

Tell me what you’d do with the time back, and I’ll help you get there.

Workshops and the Claude Bootcamp

For small businesses and nonprofits, I teach one- or two-day Claude workshops built on the documents and tasks your team handles every week, so your team leaves already using Claude on its own work. A one-day workshop covers initial setup, basic use of the tools, and connecting Claude to your existing services; a two-day workshop adds a second day to build workflows on your own files, save the jobs your team repeats as skills it can run by name, and practice checking Claude’s work before anything leaves the office. For lawyers and legal staff, Shemia Fagan and I teach the Claude Bootcamp, built on your own case files. After either one, I offer ongoing remote work to build on it.

Hands-on setup

Together, we set up Claude on the files, email, and calendars you already use and connect it to the services your team works in, such as Microsoft 365, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Slack, Dropbox, Notion, Canva, HubSpot, and Asana. Then we build the workflows your work needs and test them on real tasks before you rely on them.

Ongoing support

Regular sessions after setup, so questions get answered and your workflows keep pace as your work and the tools change.

Hands-on implementation

I’ll walk with you as we build the AI tools you and your team will use every week.

We pick work your team repeats, build the workflow on your own files, test it on real tasks, and practice running it together. It can be a single task, a connected workflow, or a shared process for your whole team.

We work remotely, on site, or with a mix of both, depending on what your team wants, and we settle the format and scope in your proposal before work begins.

Your data

Your client files stay with you.

I don’t need access to your client files to do this work, and I never log in to your accounts. When we work together, you work in your own files and accounts while I guide you through each step.

I’ll help you choose the Claude plan and privacy settings that fit your work, and you set up the account, so the plan, the settings, and everything in it stay yours. Anthropic explains how each Claude plan handles your data on its own privacy pages, and it has published a guide to privilege, confidentiality, and configuration for legal work.

I’ll sign your confidentiality agreement before we start. What your organization puts into any AI tool is your decision, made under the obligations that apply to your work, and I work within whatever limits you set.

Getting started

A conversation, then a clear plan.

  1. A free 30-minute Zoom call

Talk through your work, current AI use, and what you’d like to learn, change, and implement. You don’t need a project brief or a chosen tool.

  2. A tailored proposal

After we talk, I design a scope and timeline around your needs instead of handing you an off-the-shelf AI rollout. We agree on the format and cost before paid work begins.

A good first step

Start with a conversation.

Bring a question, a bottleneck, or an idea for doing things differently. We’ll work out where AI can help and what kind of support makes sense.

The first call is free, on Zoom, and needs no preparation. For on-site work, I travel anywhere in North America.
